Another boost for SA participants

ON THE back of some positive results under the current Harness Racing SA regime another welcome announcement has been made.
Combining with UBET, HRSA has enhanced its popular country cups circuit, which is destined to be well-received by participants.
The UBET Country Pacing Cups Series will comprise seven provincial features, beginning with Saturday night’s Gawler Cup at Globe Derby Park.
Competitors will earn points with each Cup win, with the pacer which accumulates the most wins declared the 2018 champion.
In a terrific bonus for the successful connections, a trophy, rug and $2500 will accompany the title.
The Country Pacing Cups Series includes: Gawler Pacing Cup; Mount Gambier Pacing Cup Saturday March 3; Kapunda Pacing Cup Sunday March 11; Port Pirie Pacing Cup Saturday March 24; Victor Harbor Pacing Cup Sunday April 1; Kadina Pacing Cup at Port Pirie Friday April 27; Strathalbyn Pacing Cup Monday June 11.
