IN A super move designed to help breeders, fees for the 2020 Allwood Stud Farm SA Yearling Sale have been dropped.

Recognizing the need to support local broodmare owners, the committee has elected to drop the entry fee for sale.

During its announcement, the committee referred to outside factors such as the drought as being responsible for increased costs for breeders who are desperate for a helping hand.

As such the decision was made to waive the entry fee.

“All breeders entering for sale will pay zero fees to enter their yearling for the Allwood Stud Farm 2020 SA Yearling Sale,” Sale chief Gary Crocker said.

The Sales Committee also advises the entry deadline has been extended until the close of business on Friday, September 6, 2019.
