ALWAYS B Miki is the U14 Champion pacer that retired as the Fastest Horse of All Time.

Trained by Jimmy Takter, Always B Miki’s racetrack deeds moved him to state: “I think this could be the greatest horse that ever lived.”

As a younger horse, he raced mainly at Hoosier Park in Indiana but came to national prominence in his three-year-old season. Favoured to win the final of the Breeders Crown 3YO Colt & Gelding Pace, the colt fractured his leg before the race and needed to undergo surgery.

After a long layoff, he returned to win the 2015 Breeders Crown Open Pace. At age five, he won several major races and set multiple speed records including a world record of 1:46 at The Red Mile.

He received the 2016 Dan Patch Award for Harness Horse of the Year.

    His 2022 Southern Hemisphere yearlings sold for $180,000, $150,000, $105,000, $100,000, $100,000, etc

At the 2023 Lexington Select Sale the progeny of Always B Miki sold up to $230,000

He had a total of 35 lots go under the hammer for a very respectable average north of $55,000, 8th highest overall for the pacing lots.

If you are interested in Always B Miki, the 2024 APG Gold Coast Sale is the only place to be on Sunday January 28. Never have the opportunities for new owners/investors in harness racing been better.
